It's super frustrating to lose a game of monopoly because of a technicality, and while it would be interesting as a house rule it's NOT how Monopoly is actually played. On other issues, you can't speed up the AIs' turns so most of the time you'll just be watching the AI take their time on their turns instead of actually playing.
This is so basic, even Monopoly on my Nokia dumphone has a speed up feature. The AI is unfortunately not good. Play the way you want, change the rules and adapt them to your playing style.
